Hours after a favourable action from the Supreme Court, BJP leader Subramanian Sway urged Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi to support his petition seeking a day-to-day hearing in Ayodhya case. In a letter to Modi, Swamy appealed to the PM for directing his Law Officers to support his petition.

The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) findings revealed that the Babri Masjid was constructed by demolishing the historic Ram Mandir.

Swamy said that he had personally contacted all concerned parties in the case and all are supporting his demand for a day-to-day hearing in the case for a permanent solution. “I am happy to inform you that I personally contacted all the Appellant in the matter and all are agreeable that the Supreme Court should resolve the matter like the Ram Setu and it is acceptable to all.

“Since the matter is listed for hearing next week I request you to direct the concerned Law Officers in this matter to support my prayer for listing the matter for day-to-day hearing so that the matter is resolved judicially sometime in the middle of the next year. As you know this is a promise we had made in our 2014 manifesto, that is, we will strive to build the Ram Temple by legal means,” said Swamy, setting up the movement for construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

Supreme Court Bench headed by Chief Justice T S Thakur on November 18, allowed Swamy’s petition to list the Ayodhya case for day-to-day hearing on the six year old appeal against the Allahabad High Court verdict.

Subramanian Swamy on many occasion has said that he had engaged in talks with all parties in the case including prominent members of the Muslim community to arrive an amicable solution of building Ram Mandir in Ayodhya at the same place and constructing a new mosque on the opposite side of the banks of Sarayu River.

The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) findings revealed that the Babri Masjid was constructed by demolishing the historic Ram Mandir. This historical truth was found by the committee headed by top ASI official K K Muhammed and in his book he detailed how Left historians tried to hushed up the fact. During P V Narasimha Rao’s regime, the Government has filed an affidavit that if ASI findings shows that if Masjid was build on destroying the Temple, government would be agreeable to the re-construction of the Ram Mandir at the same place. ASI’s excavations found 14 pillars of Ram Mandir at the disputed site and Babri Masjid was build on these temple pillars.

  1. Dr.swamy, i didn’t want to do this but you have pushed every reasonable human to do this. Modi has consistently gained and improved. But you have been oscillating since emergency. You either cooperate or quit. I’m sorry, you don’t have it in YOU to be a leader. Despite pgurus and the rest.
