After all, Judges are humans too. Yet, Judges are surely not to act like average humans. This is where the distinction lies. This is where the statute under the Indian Constitution and the Judges are expected to deliver the justice not only judiciously but bravely too. Bravely because the left lenient Media’s mind games are more intimidating in nature. If the media is not pleased with the judgment the backlash will be severe and the consequential distortion campaign by the media will be harsher. The Judgement will always be unbiased and based on the facts and evidence. Yet, such a media campaign impacts the judges in initial hearings. This is always befalling, particularly when it is the case of a Leftist narrative or pro-minority narrative. When Dr Subramanian Swamy was presenting his strong case in Ram Sethu case, the Judges first questioned Dr Swamy “Who says it (Ram Sethu) is a place of worship? Who goes to the middle of the sea to worship,” Justice Balakrishnan.
Basically, Naxals ideology is purely waging an armed rebellion against our Democracy and the elected Government of the time.

In the case of Ayyappa Temple woman’s entry, The Chief Justice Dipak Mishra observed “Gender equality is a constitutional message and they (temple management) cannot say that this (banning women) comes under their right to manage religious affairs”

Today’s TOI front page headlines on the news of the arrest of 5 Maoist sympathisers is selective and misleading too. No mention of ‘the plot to kill PM Modi’. And now the Supreme Court on the urgent petition filed on behalf of the 5 arrested, has observed that “dissent is the safety valve of democracy… if it is not allowed, the pressure cooker will burst”.

But the rest of the dailies like TOI, Hindustan Times, The Hindu were silent on the conspiracy to kill Modi. The reason is obvious. If this conspiracy of the Urban Naxals is revealed it will swell sympathy for Modi and also it would be a death knell to the opposition. It would also spell a doom for the opposition and complete decimation of Congress party in the coming elections. So the left lenient pro-Congress media’s agenda will be defeated. This shows our Media always viewed our PM Modi as a Right-wing activist, Hindutva wadi but not as a Prime Minister of India. The spirit and principles of journalism of our national dailies have severely impaired and compromised in the backdrop of agenda-driven coverage.
In support of the jailed Professor Sai Baba, the concerned Police Station started receiving hundreds of letters every day from all over the world demanding his immediate release.
Most disturbing aspect is these 5 Urban Naxals were not arrested for just showing up some ‘dissent‘. This kind of show of enfeeblement by the learned Judges would always send a wrong message to the nation. These 5 so-called activists were arrested for plotting to kill the Prime Minister of India Mr Modi. They were not arrested just for showing ‘dissent’, but for much bigger conspiracy to assassin the PM and wage a war against the nation.

The letter reportedly mentions a plot to kill PM Modi on the lines of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. The letter also mentions the requirement for
Rs 8 crore to procure an M-4 rifle – an American-made carbine rifle used by the US Army – and four lakh rounds of ammunition to execute the plot. The letter reportedly mentions Varavara Rao’s name.
And now the Supreme Court on the urgent petition filed on behalf of the 5 arrested, has observed that “dissent is the safety valve of democracy… if it is not allowed, the pressure cooker will burst”
Basically, Naxals ideology is purely waging an armed rebellion against our Democracy and the elected Government of the time. This surely amounts to ‘treason’. The Urban Naxals are actively providing financial and moral support to the secessionist Naxal outfits. It is not clear why the Hon’ble Judges have ordered a “cosy house arrest” instead of a deserving hard cell or judicial remand? The phrase ‘dissent’ is mild and misleading too. The Hon’ble Judges have already sent a wrong impression to the nation that Judiciary is pro-Left, apart from having sent an anti-Hindu mark already. This feeling is further strengthened when the Supreme Court opened its doors at midnight again. The bolstered feeling is Supreme Court is amicable to only Leftist outfits, Naxals, terrorists and anti-Hindu outfits etc.
When another Urban Naxal, Professor Sai Baba was sent to jail last year on charges of aiding the Naxal outfits and waging a war against the state, the Amnesty International had actively participated in the protests all over the world. Yes, all over the world. In support of the jailed Professor Sai Baba, the concerned Police Station started receiving hundreds of letters every day from all over the world demanding his immediate release. The surprising aspect was, the Netherlands topped the list. One wonders what a Dutch or a French or a Mexican has anything to do with Indian Naxals or Urban Naxals for that matter. How can the Amnesty International directly and openly canvas for his release?

Another nexus in this vicious coterie is the Christian Churches. By now it is an open secret that many Churches in Goa, Delhi, and Kerala are actively supporting the Naxalism through their own planted Urban Naxals. The Archbishops are daringly questioning our Constitution and Indian’s sincerity of Secularism as if our Constitution was a benevolent gift from the Vatican. Naxalism is radically an anti-Hindu and anti-India secessionist outfit. Naxalism is, in addition to their being anti-Hindu supports Christianity and Conversions. In many Naxal infested areas in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand they attack Hindu temples but never touch Churches. How many of us are aware of Archbishop Anil Couto? Being a Christian priest he was actively involved in political rally and protests in Delhi. Archbishop Anil Couto was in the forefront and lead the protest against Anti-Conversion bill and Hindu organizations’ ‘Ghar Wapsi’ programmes etc. And the Goa’s Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao has made another controversial comment saying “Constitution” is in danger, human rights being trampled in the name of development’.
So one can notice how actively our Christian Archbishops are involving themselves in politics (not general politics but precisely ‘anti-Modi campaign, for the sole reason that Modi made their ‘livelihood’ miserable by stopping foreign aids for conversions). So, Vernon Gonsalves, Arun Ferreira’s may be perfect alibis of Christian Church organizations to infiltrate into the Naxal movement to accomplish their own objectives. And not to forget that Nandini Sundar openly supports Christian Conversions.
A well planned New Year violence in Bhima Koregaon which shocked the nation and series of conspiracies that are being hatched in Tamil Nadu under the protects of preserving cultural heritage, regional pride etc, this Break- India forces are wreaking havoc in a planned manner in regular intervals. We are sure this unrest in India will go on till next General Elections, in which these anti-national forces are optimistic to defeat Modi not for the welfare of the Nation but for their own agenda of furthering the business of Conversions and weakening the unity of Hindus.

I was shocked when the Karnataka case was heard overnight – is this facility
extended to the common man? Would this have happened without bias
or money? I have never heard this kind of things in any other part of the

One thing is true – unfortunately, justice is based on money – you can hire
legal luminaries by paying a lot, who can do the job for you. This MUST
change.
If such urban naxals are not stopped in their shorts, they will try to create havoc during the Parliament election next year. The intelligence agencies, police forces, magistracy and the judiciary have to be on a greater alert. Modi is our beloved Prime Minister. Why do they target him? Because he is a sworn enemy of such anti-national and disruptive forces. Many people may call him pro-Hindu. But that is an understatement. Because if there is threat to Hinduism, then this is a big threat automatically to India, and to all the allied religions of Hinduism such as Sikhism, Jainism and Buddhism. If my understanding is right, police has not yet included the letter of threat to the PM or anything incriminating in their submission to the SC. I think this is why the SC doesn’t see a major reason for arrest yet. If it’s true, one wonders why the police has done that.
Midnight hearings should be banned and, those judges who are holding it should be dismissed from the service immediately and their pension and allowances should be stopped. To make them pay for their over enthusiasm in hearing a case in the middle of the night, they should be charged twice the normal rate.

By reading all these, I feel for next generation of hindus it is not the right place to leave. Go anywhere else in the world, where people upholds ‘country’ as first and rest all secondary. A very sensible article, based on facts. Hope the judges of our SC take note of this article. People have started to loose faith in the judiciary, which appears to stand with the anti national elements & cares very little for the common man, who has to wait for months for his matter to be heard.

Mid night hearings must be banned or confined to cases involving overnight hangings. Urgent mid night hearings cannot deliver justice since the respondent cannot provide crucial evidence at such short notice.
