Unemployment under capitalism
Nehru and all the Leftist thugs of Asia, Africa, and Latin America thought that Capitalism was good colleges, machineries, factories, vaccination, and healthcare.
In reality, Capitalism is absolute respect for private property, and absolute freedom for business and trade.
In the Nehruvian model, infant mortality rates drop not because of economic progress as happened in the West, but because of modern medicine received from the West as aid.[1]
And establishing educational institutes with foreign aid also leads to educated young men with no jobs.
So total population and the educated population increase without a matching economy.
The result is social unrest, revolutions, agitations, and movements. Those who can flee to the West, where real Capitalism survives, despite fierce attacks on it by the Leftist thugs.
Nature will always force balance. It doesn’t like imbalance. If you artificially increase population, nature will force the population to match the economy, through very painful means.
(European bleeding hearts brought aid to the Middle East and North Africa[2]. Infant mortality rates dropped. The same children grew up to be the young men invading Europe. Because there was no economy to absorb them in their own countries.)
