Elon Musk says he was ‘tricked’ into putting son on puberty-blockers, vowed to destroy ‘woke mind virus’
In a candid conversation with Canadian psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk shared his personal journey and concerns regarding his son’s gender transition.
Musk disclosed feeling “tricked” into consenting to puberty blockers for his biological son, who is now coming out as transgender, attributing his decision to what he termed as “the woke mind virus.”
He also discussed with Dr. Peterson, the controversial topic of doctors performing sex change procedures on minors, a practice both Musk and Peterson denounced as “evil.”
During the conversation, Musk also said he vowed to destroy the virus.
“It happened to one of my older boys, where I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys, Xavier,” Musk told Jordan Peterson.
“This is before I had any understanding of what was going on. COVID-19 was going on, so there was a lot of confusion and I was told Xavier might commit suicide if he didn’t. Incredibly evil, and I agree with you that the people that have been promoting this should go to prison ” the billionaire said.
The Tesla CEO added it wasn’t explained to him that puberty blockers are “actually just sterilization drugs” when he gave his consent for his son to undergo the treatment.
“I lost my son, essentially. They call it deadnaming for a reason,” Musk said.
“The reason it’s called deadnaming is because your son is dead. My son Xavier is dead, killed by the woke mind virus. I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that.”
