The first series of experiments were conducted at the Jamia Millia university. Most caught in the library videos were not students.

Note that Jafrabad, Seelampur did not see much of a police response in the initial days, even though it was festering.

It is important in the context of the murder of an Intelligence Bureau person to note what happened on December 27th in Seelampur.
