Why Narendra Modi “looks” arrogant and “appears to be” not listening to anyone. In my view this is because there is no unity among groups in India. Forget about Modi. Even general public do not take these groups very seriously; the pity is even like minded groups do not unite and present a joint opinion/view to the Government. So ‘the divide & rule’ policy of the British still continues; the Government(Modi) does not need to answer any particular group because each is divided from the other because of ego and various other factors.
