[dropcap color=”#008040″ boxed=”yes” boxed_radius=”8px” class=”” id=””]T[/dropcap]he Supreme Court on Friday allowed BJP leader Subramanian Swamy’s petition to hear the need of ongoing Ayodhya Ram Mandir case on a day-to-day basis. This is a strategic move by Swamy in the building of new Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. At present for the past six years, Ayodhya case against the verdict of Allahabad High Court is lying before the Supreme Court. Swamy has been making demand of for day-to-day hearing in Supreme Court to settle the matter to build a new Ram Mandir soon.
With this strategic move, Swamy has made all parties to speak on the matter of day-today hearing to settle the issue on permanent basis.
Chief Justice TS Thakur headed Bench has agreed to hear Swamy’s petition to conduct the case on a day-to-day basis by directing the Court Registry to list the matter on next week. For many months, Swamy has been talking with Government and many Muslim bodies to agree for the day-to-day hearing to settle the Ayodhya case for ever to build new Ram Mandir in the same spot and he has mooted the idea of construction of new mosque on the other side of the Sarayu River. Many Shia community leaders and several leaders from Muslim community have already welcomed this decision as an initiative to bring a permanent settlement.
With this strategic move, Swamy has made all parties to speak on the matter of day-today hearing to settle the issue on permanent basis. Already Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has declared that Mosque was built by destroying the old Ram Mandir. This crucial declaration is very positive outcome of the judgment which could help in remove obstacles in construction of new Ram Mandir.
Ayodhya case is expected to be crucial in the Indian politics in the coming days and the Narendra Modi’s Government would have to take a positive stand on day-to-day hearing of the case, like all other parties in the case to bring a permanent solution in the country.

Dr Swamy has unfortunately been sidelined by BJP govt. in his fight for Hinduism for reasons best known to them.
No recognition no rewards.
Even a porn content producer has been conferred Padmshri by BJP govt.
Such is the duplicity of BJP, a true political party.
