Sree Iyer on the attempt by the US FTC to break up Facebook

Sree Iyer weighs in on the US Federal Trade Commission possibly going to a Court to break up Facebook into three parts - Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, even as the company tries to integrate the three. FTC thinks it has a strong case as it believes that the combined entity violates antitrust laws.
