“Just as Haman, Sinwar would also be killed”, says Israel PM Netanyahu
In his latest statement, Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar “will be killed at any cost”. The Israeli Prime Minister was speaking to media persons on Sunday night and said that “just as Haman was killed in the ancient city of Purim, Sinwar would also be killed”.
“We will unite, fight, and win just as we did in ancient times,” Netanyahu said.
The Israeli Defence Minister, Yoav Gallant, has also earlier said that Israel has vowed to kill Yahya Sinwar, who is widely believed to be the brain behind the October 7, 2023 massacre in southern Israel.
The Israeli PM also met the border guards of the Military Police Corps. He said, “We will enter Rafah and ensure total victory.”
Yahya Sinwar is a Palestinian politician who has been the leader of Hamas, the Sunni Islamist political and military organization that rules the Gaza Strip, since 2017. Sinwar is believed to have planned and overseen the surprise attack, which killed 1,200 people in Israel and led to the kidnapping of 240 people from multiple countries, according to Israeli officials. It was the deadliest day in the country’s 75-year history.
Sinwar has likely stayed on the move, changing locations to avoid detection, according to military commanders, current and former security officials, and experts who have liaised with Hamas in the past.

Stop war, stop war is the loudest cry round the world. Nobody wants to talk about what started the war, and the unconditional and safe return of the hostages. Stopping the war without return of the hostages will be perceived as the victory for HAMAS. If HAMAS will willing to sacrifice over 30000 Palesteniens for 240 hostages so be it.
