It is time to adopt high level psychometric tests for all recruitments to Government / Judicial jobs. The psychometric tests should be specifically designed so that only candidates with desired attributes are selected.
Also time to revamp the Government terms of service and make it easier for Government to sack the corrupt and non performing staff. Time to change the jobs into 5 year contract / tenure based.
