[dropcap color=”#008040″ boxed=”yes” boxed_radius=”8px” class=”” id=””]S[/dropcap]enior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy wrote to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to draw his attention to Karti Chidambaram’s company, Advantage Strategic Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (ASCPL), which has a Singapore subsidiary, Advantage Strategic Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (Singapore), which he alleged had received fees for unknown services (emphasis ours).
He added that ASCPL has been receiving foreign currency payments from about 21 companies (see list below) for which it has not filed any returns. This should be examined under Section 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act. He further urged the Prime Minister to expedite the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry in to the Aircel Maxis scam, which seems to have stalled for unknown reasons.
