On September 3rd 2017, when Advocate Pavan Shetty arrived at Shivajinagar police station, the orders of honourable court were overlooked and an organized group of 7000 people took photographs of the advocate.
SUMMARY OF HC ORDER
1) The Honourable Justice Arvind Kumar, HC of Karnataka passed directly to the Bangalore city police commissioner and Jurisdictional police commissioner to rescue the illegally hoarded cattle illegally transported cattle’s which is kept for slaughter.
2) He further directed to take the cattle’s to Gaushala and cost of transportation to be borne by petitioners and further directed police to provide the protection during transportation and appointed two advocates Shree Ariga and Ms Akshata as court commissioner and survey area under protection of the police and identify calves, cows and cattle’s in the said area and provide report to the Hon judge.
SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2017
When Advocate Pavan Shetty arrived at Shivajinagar police station, the orders of the honourable court were overlooked and an organized group of 7000 people, possibly a minority religion as apparent from their getup, took photographs of the advocate.
SEPTEMBER 4th, 2017
Advocate Pavan Shetty had filed a criminal case against the police for not abiding by the orders of Honourable High Court.
But now will any action bring back the lives of 2400 poor cows who got illegally slaughtered? Have Indian political parties reached so far with their appeasement of minorities that the orders of High Court and laws like ‘Karnataka Prevention of Slaughter and Preservation of Cattle Act, 2010’ will be broken openly? Something the people of this country especially Karnataka needs to ponder upon!
I’ve gone through your ordeal and the answers and opinions. GGF is doing or done a great job heart fully I appreciate their efforts in saving the life of 100s of cows which we worship as our God or a family member.
Personally I’d like to know the origin of GGF and their root spread coz here I read articles operating only in Bangalore city as if there’s nothing happened around the country other than Bangalore city I’ve a different view to the mentioned issue I’ll explain or express if I get any response from GGF or it’s associates
Thanking you
All these atrocities are predicted in classical literature Srimad Bhagavatam …Like justice will b manipulated.. Thieves and rougues will get into the position of rulers..there by people in generals also will b robbed & suffer in all possible ways.
In Kali-yuga, wealth alone will be considered the sign of a man’s good birth, proper behavior and fine qualities. And law and justice will be applied only on the basis of one’s power. [Srimad Bhagavatam 12.2.2]
As the earth thus becomes crowded with a corrupt population, whoever among any of the social classes shows himself to be the strongest will gain political power.[Srimad Bhagavatam 12.2.7]
The path of the Vedas will be completely forgotten in human society, and so-called religion will be mostly atheistic. The kings will mostly be thieves, the occupations of men will be stealing, lying and needless violence, and all the social classes will be reduced to the lowest level of Sudras. [ Srimad Bhagavatam 12.2.13]

@editor pgurus : the article erroneously mentions ‘Police Complaints Filed By Dhyaan Foundation’ whereas Dhyan Foundation (DF) is not involved in the case. DF concerns with rehabilitation of animals and ambulance services. Please check the info, and make necessary edits.
Typical example of subversion of law by the powers that be for petty political gains. The time of appeasement politics providing dividends is over. Good analysis.
Very sad indeed.
No morality left in the department.
Rakshak becomes Bhakshak.
Superb summary of consistent inaction by authorities
