All the morals and ethics are basically suppression of man’s instincts. That is, when man becomes moral and ethical, he does not learn something he wants to learn, or does not want to learn, he basically learns to suppress things he would do if he were to grow up in the wild, unrestrained by the society. So morals and ethics are basically suppression of the natural. Add to that the fact that man is born with the brain, not with the mind, mind forms here and is shaped by the morals, ethics, traditions & customs of the immediate family and the society which is within the reach of his senses.
So, know that morals and ethics are not genetic, are not universal, and are not innate. Be frightened that the creature that looks a Homo Sapiens to you, may think of you only as a predator thinks of a prey. Because that is what his culture, religion, family, and society told him from the time he opened his eyes in the world.
Man is a product of his culture which is shaped by his religion. Just as religion is shaped by the culture where it is born.

Advisory/HR managers/ministers (Priests/brahmins ) who pray n advice on good n bad
Businessmen /sales (earn revenue)
Workers
We have similarity with the bees too…
Queen bee, drones, worker bees…
None of them complain about their job…they are happy for the growth of the community as a whole….
A worker is not expected to do the work of a queen…
Nature has accepted it n has been right too all these years… Why should people complain… about castes then?
