My New Letter Series – Dear Justice Pardiwala, Your Honor Is ALL ABOUT Justice, That’s For Sure…

Questions about whether, or not, there is proof of the birth of Ram are valid and permissible; similar questions about the presiding deities from the minorities SHOULD NOT BE PERMISSIBLE!

Hon’ble Justice Mr. J B Pardiwala,

Justice is supposed to be blind!! It is supposed to look beyond ethnicities; in this case, there is no difference in the ethnicities of the people. The people that you are supposed to give justice to are ALL Hindus and are all Indian; granted, quite a few of them moved to other religious affiliations but that doesn’t change their ethnicity. Their ancestors were predominantly Hindus!

With this being said to lay the foundation for my argument, I’m with your Honor in blaming Nupur for the violence within India today. Let’s look at the various places Nupur Sharma has incited mob violence. Nupur was responsible for the violence that occurred in the 60s in Karnataka; so what if Nupur was yet unborn and was still a gleam in her parent’s eyes?

She again incited violence in the 70s, all over India. I know she wasn’t born yet, but we need someone to blame; not many people know how old Nupur is so let’s blame her! We can always alter our argument by saying, Nupur Sharma is NOT just a person but a thought that has to be curtailed. We can always get support for that statement; even though that would probably apply more to Akbaruddin Owaissi, but we don’t need to blame minorities for this; after all, we do need to answer any probing questions that might be asked by Madam (SoGa). We don’t need to invite her wrath on ourselves, do we?

Look at what Rehmani said on the show, where Nupur made those OUTRAGEOUS statements. We need to justify what he said, otherwise it will look like we’re cowing down to the minorities! That will NOT look good for us or for HER (you know who I’m talking about; not Nupur but the one who was the puppeteer for the previous PM)! Aah, you got my drift! We also need to have a tête-à-tête with Rehmani and make him understand that we can’t keep saving his sorry behind, every time he makes some outrageous “mistakes”. This time is ok but we cannot do this forever!!

Now, we need to divert the attention from the aforementioned Rehmani and bring it to some safer grounds; like, for instance, the tailor Kanhaiyya Lal! Let’s call him another person that was misguided by HER (Now, I’m not talking about the puppeteer but Nupur)! Why don’t I take names, you ask? Well, unlike your honor, I don’t have the luxury of taking names and getting people riled up! In my case, people would read my writings as a rant from some guy! If I took names, they’d reply by calling me names (and not very decent names either). Aah, you know what I’m talking about!!

We have to ensure that the common Hindu is emasculated; not that the common Hindu is going to be extremely agitated. They’re pretty busy right now with what’s going on with petrol prices and how it’s affecting the price of, yep you’ve obviously read my rants before, onions and tomatoes! The middle class and upper-middle-class are riled up about how it is SO DIFFICULT getting visas to the USA and the European Union, to have a quick break from their oh-so-monotonous daily life! Let’s not go near the lower middle class, and for good reason. They ask for too much and have dreary lives! Let the lower courts handle them! We’ve got more important issues to pass judgment on, like this sanctimonious self-righteous person, Nupur! Who does she think she is? One time she gets some attention from the press and she makes outrageous statements which you, rightly, called out! And the retired High Court judges tell everyone THAT YOU ARE WRONG! How dare they?

Getting back to emasculating the Hindus, let’s meet up with HER, you know who, and pick on her brains! We do need to ensure that we don’t have her addled son to listen to, otherwise, this discussion may never end or worse, head in some other direction. I know, we can ask him to look up the exact cost of the Rafael fighters! Just kidding!! He probably will be lost forever and we can’t afford that!!

The people that are fighting to keep Nupur’s thoughts as a representation of the Hindu population should realize that, in order for India to function as a “secular” democracy, we need to make some sacrifices. The maximum sacrifices are ALWAYS made by the majority. As a result, the majority needs to ensure that none of the minorities feel neglected. One way of doing that is to ensure the minorities are “fairly” represented in all arguments and, like India’s reservation policy, the minorities be given 35% more airtime to air their grouses against the majority. The majority should be given time ONLY to answer any such grouses and SHOULD NOT be given time to make any counterpoints; we can call them counter-allegations (in order to maintain harmony). Even if the majority can prove their points, we throw them out using some legal arguments that can have their lawyers thinking for a few months. Hopefully, by then, this whole mess can be put to rest.

We have set precedents before, where we have taken unpopular decisions and thumbed our collective nose at the majority population. Nothing should prevent us from repeating this; not Nupur nor any people who, per the addled son, were victims of some misguided and foolish young ‘uns! The Owaissi brothers can breathe easy that the Supreme Court will not be bringing their sorry behinds to court. Long live “Secularism”(I hate people that call it Pluralism). It IS THE MAJORITY THAT SHOULD BEAR THE BRUNT OF SECULARISM; not the minorities. Questions about whether, or not, there is proof of the birth of Ram are valid and permissible; similar questions about the presiding deities from the minorities SHOULD NOT BE PERMISSIBLE!!! If this were allowed, the very existence of the Supreme Court would be nullified! What would prevent these hooligans from questioning the legitimacy of the Supreme Court? I say, nip it in the bud.

I rest my case, your honor. I’m sure you see my arguments favorably. We both have the same intentions anyway. Whether the rest of the majority population agrees with us is secondary, as my son says, “Who cares?”
